1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoice intact.

Items must be reported for return within 48 hours of delivery.

Certain items, such as customized apparel or innerwear, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and health standards.
2. Return Process

Raising a Request: To initiate a return, please email us at fashioncreation76@gmail.com or contact our support team at +91 7011896648 with your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the product.

Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickup services in most pin codes across India.

Manual Shipping: In regions where pickup is not available, customers may need to ship the product back manually.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets the return criteria.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after inspection of the returned product. Refund method:

Back to source (UPI, bank, wallet)
If the claim is rejected due to product misuse or incorrect reason, no refund will be issued.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for:

Size issues (if in stock)

Defective or wrong product
- All exchanged or replaced items are shipped and delivered within 7-10 working days
If the desired size/product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
5. Cancellation Policy
