We want you to love your purchase! Our policy ensures transparency and customer trust.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You notify us within 2 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
with tags
No returns accepted for:
- Wrong size ordered by customer
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Clearance or discount sale items
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email/WhatsApp with order details
- Share product photos as proof
- Our team will verify and approve the return
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable)
In regions where pickup is not available,
customers may need to ship the product back manually.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after inspection of the returned product.
Refund method:
- Back to source (UPI, bank, wallet)
If the claim is rejected due to product misuse or incorrect reason, no refund will be issued.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for:
- Size issues (if in stock)
- Defective or wrong product
If the desired size/product is unavailable, a refund will be issue.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
